Production Time

Each product has its own manufacturing time but in general the products are produced within 2-5 working days. In the rare case of a delay I will notify you. 

Clothing: The turnaround time for an order is 2 to 6 working days.

Fine Art Prints, Fine Art Greeting Cards: 1-2 working days (US 1-3 working days)

Sunken Fins Art & Table Clocks: 3-5 working days

Original Surfboard Fins: 1-2 working days

This time frame should not be considered as a guarantee of production times and should be considered as an average estimate. No compensation will be offered for orders that are not included in this estimate. Similarly, in the event of force majeure (epidemic, national incident, natural disaster, transport strike, stock shortage beyond our control, etc.) we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, and no compensation will be offered in this type of situation for which we cannot be held responsible.

General Shipping Information

The prices given on product pages are exclusive of statutory value-added tax (VAT) according to UStG §19. Shipping costs are communicated to you during the basket process and reconfirmed on the order page. I only ship to addresses in the European Union, the UK and the US. 

Global production
To minimize Co2 emissions, I work with a global network of production partners to produce as locally as possible. Depending on the product category and the delivery adress the production partners, shipping costs as well as delivery times differ. All orders are shipped in secure packages.

Unexpected delays, Undeliverable packages et cetera
Please note that unexpected delays may occur of which Natalie Märkle has no control over and is not responsible for.

Orders usually cannot be cancelled after they have been confirmed through our website. If a package is undeliverable, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges. Please note that I am not accountable for any orders that have been marked as delivered nor where delivery attempts have been made. I cannot ship to P.O Boxes as generally shipments require a signature on delivery.

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns about your delivery order.

Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once the order reaches its destination country. These potential additional charges are not covered or refunded by Natalie Märkle. Since import duties and taxes vary from country to country, I recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
