Refund

Orders can be returned to me within 14 days of receipt. I kindly ask for your understanding that I can only accept returns if they have been returned on time and in accordance with my return policies below.

For this you can use the provided sample return form and send it together with your order back to the address stated below.

1.Select your items

Locate the items you wish to return or exchange.

2.Fill out the return form

Print and fill out the return form you will find below.

3.Pack up your items

Pack up your items, including the return form, and if possible, please use your original shipping packaging.*

4.Drop off your return

Take your return to any post facility. I strongly recommend to use a secure trackable courier service.

4.Receive your refund

Once your return has been processed, I’ll send you a Return Notification email. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to your original form of payment once processed.

*Important: All Sunken Fins, Handpainted Fins have to be returned with ALL of the original packaging. You can use another cardboard box but all the other items like fin holder box, fin bag, cotton bag and so on have to be returned in their original condition.

Return Policy

I only accept returns which have been sent within 14 days of receipt of product. Returned products must be in their original condition: boxes and pouches must be complete and intact, products must be new and unworn, the must be attached. I will not accept returns of any worn items. If possible, please use your original shipping packaging.

I cannot accept responsibility for any items that are stolen or lost in transit. To prevent this, I would strongly recommend that you use a secure trackable courier service of your choice (such as FedEx, DHL or UPS) to return your items safely to me. Please make sure that your package is insured, and the original order confirmation as well as the return form is attached. Please note that unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded. Unfortunately I am unable at the moment to offer return labels.

I recommend keeping your receipt until the refund process is completed. Refunds will be made using the payment method originally used when making the purchase. Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded (for shipments outside the EU).

I am currently unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original order for a refund and place a new order.
