Both sides are carefully hand-painted with acrylic markers and finished with an eco-friendly spray-paint to create a smooth surface and an extravagant glossy look. A beautiful piece of decoration to any home you would like to add a little ocean, coastal or surfer vibe to. The original fin will be delivered in an elaborated gift-box styled package, which is not only completely plastic free, but also vegan, organic, recyclable and/or biodegradable. If possible, the materials were orderd from small manufaturing companies in Europe. All pieces are also hand-sewn, hand-dyed and engraved by the artist.

A certificate of authenticity confirms that the artwork has been created by the artist. It is tied to only 1 piece and follows it throughout the artwork’s life. It never expires. With every original fin you’ll receive a certificate printed on a very elegant natural paper with 100% recycled content with visible, natural fibre inclusions.

With every sold original surfboard fin, I donate 5% of the proceeds to The Ocean Cleanup to clean our oceans and rivers worldwide. The Ocean Cleanup is an NGO, which was crowdfunded in 2013 with the aim to reduce floating plastics in the sea by 90% till 2040. In order to do so they develop technologies for cleaning up the ocean AND providing trash from even ending up in the sea in the first place.
