BE VEGAN
Stunning failure, pain, stick biting, cannibalism, living on a very limited space, piglet castration without anesthesia… These are just a few problems of the worldwide animal breeding. The following animation is supposed to be a call for veganism by showing a cute piglet, which stands for numerous breeding animals, turning from „bacon“ to a „friend“. Therefore a slider was added to make clear, that veganism is just a click away. The animation was illustrated in Illustrator and animated in After Effects.

Challenge: How to create a maximum of emotions?
The biggest challenge was to give the piglet as much emotion as possible to raise awareness of the animal’s feelings so that it can not be longer seen just as food. For this reason the animal was given a human-like facial expression.
