CHIEFS SPIRIT

During my one-year-long graphic design course I had to turn in a final design project, which included a full Corporate Design for a fictional company of my choice. Chiefs Spirit is a Tattoo Studio which focuses on traditional tribal tattoos. Therefore the Typography of the Logo Design is kept in an Old-School Tattoo font style and the brandmark is drawn by hand. The font and brandmark are black to resemble the ink. The signal color is a traditional red tone, which mainly symbolizes strength, energy and power in Native American culture. Used as face paint it also symbolized happiness and beauty.
