Me - the Designer
Me - the Artist

My goal is to strive for innovative solutions to user problems and needs by combining my multidisciplinary knowledge in the fields of design, business, psychology and business informatics through thinking outside of the box and an open mindset.

Currently I am a Senior UX Designer at IU University at the IT and Tech Department. I lead design strategy for an in-house software project (with currently 20 developers) and also help to develop the main product concept. My tasks involve everything from UX research, wireframing and prototyping to ux testing and implementation. Till now I managed to optimize click rates from 50 to 80% compared to the previous software solution and improved the task success rate.

I also previously led the product development and created the UX design of an application portal for the dual study program of the IU University and created a time-saving and fun to use portal, which currently has a 95% customer statisfaction rate (Cited April 2021).

During the last two years I did more than ten professional trainings in various design and psychology fields. Amongst others I completed a 4-months UX course where I concepted Eisbachtime – an App for river surfers in Munich to gain information about the current number of people at the surf spots to avoid crowds at all times.

Furthermore I have a BA in tourismmanagement, a MSc in sportstourism and recreation management and currently pursuing a second master degree in business informatics.

I established my brand in 2021 with the aim to show an alternative path in contrast to the highly saturated markets of mass consumerism and offer a range of goods that are distinguished by their high level of craft and creativity and by an overall sustainable as well as ethical production.

In contrast to my highly digitized work, which I produce as an UX Designer, I love to manufacture hand-crafted products and create traditional artwork with watercolor, pencils and paper as an artist. Every piece of art in my shop is designed with great attention to detail with the aim to inspire and evoke emotions from people all over the world.

I put a lot of thoughts into the creation of every single piece to make sure that everything - from the materials I use, the selection of production partners, packaging design to shipping is sustainable and from high-quality. #notmadeinchina

I am still especially proud of my Sunken Fins Collection, which are hand-crafted and upcycled table clocks and small pieces of art made out of lost surfboard fins from my home surfspot, the Eisbachwelle in München. It's the idea that inspired me to build this business and motivated me to learn a lot of new skills like lasercutting, engraving, mold-making and much more. Since then I extended my product range slowly over the last years to offer not only surfboard fins but also organic clothing, Fine Art Prints and Fine Art Greeting Cards.

I am happy to be able to share with you the pieces that I produce with my passion.
